Jam Camp North provides campers of all ages and abilities professional music mentorship and instruction. Campers play on their own and also collaborate to create an original song performed the last camp evening.
Workshops include small group instruction on a variety of instruments including fiddle, guitar, percussion, voice, ukulele, accordion, and more. Large group activities are fun, creative exercises that explore music while improving our rhythm, listening, and collaboration stills.
Jam Camp workshops bring out the best in each musician, at their comfort level, young or old, experienced or just starting out. Free time can involve enjoying the Cottonwood River, playing soccer or music, and enjoying the beautiful natural location. Special guests share their expertise and enthusiasm with campers, broadening the musical experience and our horizons. We can guarantee you’ll enjoy at least one excellent open mic night (optional) and a great tuneful fire circle.
Meet new friends, boost your skills, get challenged, and enjoy the great outdoors at the same time.
