The Quesnel and District Community Arts Council serves as an umbrella organization for the arts and cultural societies currently functioning in our community. They include the following organizations:

Quesnel Agriculture and Exhibition Society (Quesnel Fall Fair) - Provides an annual venue for display and evaluation of art forms, agricultural and horticultural products nurtured by community members of all ages, including local 4-H clubs.
Quesnel Art Gallery Society - Oversees the operation of the gift shop and monthly gallery shows.
Harvest - Cariboo Agriculture Producers Association (Quesnel Farmer's Market) - Which promotes and supports local agriculture.
Quesnel Children's Concerts - is a committee of the Quesnel & District Arts Council that is committed to bringing quality and affordable entertainment to our City for the enjoyment of Quesnel's children and families.
Quesnel Festival of Performing Arts Society - Which provides the framework for evaluation and advancement of performing artists of all ages in our community.
Quesnel Friends of the Library - are a community-based volunteer group that meet regularly to assist the Quesnel Library with promotion, fundraising and other service.

Quesnel Old Time Fiddlers - Keep this art form alive through workshops, competitions, and monthly dances.

Q City Singers - Quesnel's Community Choir
Quesnel Quilters' Guild - Provides workshops, instruction, education displays and community donations, keeping this traditional art form alive.
Quesnel Shiraoi Twinning Society - Promotes cultural appreciation and exchanges between Quesnel and its sister city, Shiraoi, in Japan.
Quesnel Wordspinners - Is a peer support group which encourages and supports all levels of writing experience.
